Distribution of e-flyers in Iron County School District is subject to the distribution fee schedule below. All flyers must be reviewed by Monica Torres and given approval before submitting the fee. 

The distribution fee must be paid to Iron County School District Foundation 5 work days prior to e-flyer distribution. The distribution fee covers a one-time e-mail. Identical flyers will not be redistributed within a school year.

Flyers will be distributed on Wednesday and Friday at 5 p.m. Please plan accordingly. Flyers can be distributed to a school, to an age division (elementary only, middle school only or high school only) or to all schools.

Flyers must be a standard size - 8.5”x11” - and sent in an image form (jpg or png). Distribution will not include any other text within the email. The flyer must speak for itself and will not be clickable. A scannable QR code is recommended if recipients must access a website.

All advertising emails will contain the following disclaimer, which will be added by the District prior to distribution:
