Superintendent Dr. Lance Hatch provided a statement to the public at the Board of Education workshop on March 21. The statement is regarding the incidents at Canyon View High School on Feb. 27. Additionally, his statement outlines priority safety and security items moving forward.
During the meeting, Hatch said he had received the police report from Cedar City Police and would put together a timeline using updated information. That timeline and statement were sent to parents in the district.
