In order to sign the yearly Powerschool forms, sign into Iron District's Powerschool page on a web browser.

Scroll down until Forms is visible and click on it.

This will pull up a link to sign forms. Click on the link.

From there the yearly forms are able to be signed. Click on each form that doesn't have a checkmark next to it yet, then scroll down to encounter the signature sections.

The signature section looks like the below image. The guardian's name will be visible, and there is a drop down for acceptance of the forms. Click submit to sign the forms.
