EYE is a structured induction, mentoring, and support program for Level 1 educators. It is meant to support and assist these educators in their first three years of teaching and as they fulfill the requirements for a Level 2 professional license. In Iron County School District, the E.Y.E. program seeks to continually develop effective educators through collaboration, support, and high quality professional development in evidence-based instructional practices that improve classroom instruction and focus on student achievement.
