Canyon View Middle School

Students in Mr. Segler's College & Career Awareness class recently wrapped up a hands-on engineering challenge, putting ruler accuracy and aerodynamics to the test! Using blueprints, heavy cardstock, and precise measurements, students drafted and assembled paper skimmers designed to glide on a cushion of air. The final test came at launch, where accurate cuts and tight glue seams resulted in smooth, long-distance flights across the floor. We are so proud of their focus and precision!
