Students at CVMS have been participating in some creative learning activities over the last few weeks. Musical theater students showed off their creativity and design skills by making spell books that utilized techniques such as sketching, cutting, painting, and texturizing. 8th graders in FACS finished their Child Development Unit by having the opportunity to care for a 1 pound “flour baby” for 2 days. They can't let anything happen to their baby while in their care - just like a caregiver shouldn't let anything happen to their baby! Students always get quite attached to their flour babies and there is always a tear or two shed when they have to give them back
